This project included the renovation of 162 guestrooms across five floors, along with updates to public spaces and exterior areas. The scope involved demolition, new interior finishes, and FF&E installation in guestrooms, as well as improvements to the lobby, public restrooms, ballroom, pre-function areas, back-of-house spaces, and parking lot. Additional work included exterior painting and various property upgrades. Renovations were completed in phases to support ongoing hotel operations.
