Alan started Amerail Systems over 35 years ago. Amerail started out in the railing business and continually upgraded, expanded and systemized full exterior hotel renovations providing cost-effective, fast completion and consistent quality on a national basis. To date, we have completed over 2400 renovations across 49 states and have become a preferred partner with Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Choice.
Aaron Dearborn, President
Aaron Dearborn is a talented and seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial renovation industry. He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in marketing, process improvement, project management, business strategy and long term planning. Aaron has a strong understanding of hotel exterior renovation throughout the various markets we serve nationwide. Aaron obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ohio State University as well as he holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Rick Jenks, Sales Executive
Rick brings over 25 years of construction experience in multiple residential and commercial services. Meeting his client’s renovation requests and needs are his first job priority. With Amerail designers, he will strive to exceed customer wishes for a price sensitive, yet very eye appealing enhancement / transformation / renovation that will dramatically improve the building’s persona.
Jim Kean, Director of Construction Services
Jim has nearly had a lifetime of professional construction; he has spent over 17 years with Amerail Systems, starting out as a Project Manager and progressing to Director of Construction Services. Jim performs a wide range of duties, from working with the design team, communicating with Project Managers, vendors and clients to maintaining timely progress and assisting to reach project successful completion dates.
Lelia Morgan, Sales Executive
Lelia Morgan, graduate of Kent State University, is an enthusiastic sales professional who thrives on relationship building and problem-solving with a positive attitude. Lelia has over 10 years of sales experience with the majority being spent in the architectural surfaces and construction industry. Her background in project management, identifying value-engineered solutions, and understanding of the construction process allow her to be a trusted advocate for all project stakeholders.
