Complete exterior design-build renovation & PIP fulfillment of the Hampton Inn in Birmingham, Alabama to reflect Hilton’s V8 brand specifications. This 3-month renovation included an in-house design to meet PIP requirements while modernizing the hotel’s curb appeal. The project transformed the existing exterior into a contemporary design featuring a contextual neutral color palette, wood-look accents, updated architectural elements, and strategic LED lighting to emphasize building geometry and public areas.
