This project included full PIP fulfillment with the addition of a new-build fitness center and spanned six months, modernizing the hotel’s entry and amenities while enhancing guest experience. Updates included a refreshed porte cochere and canopy, new exterior finishes, and the addition of a fully renovated new-build fitness center - delivering both visual appeal and functional upgrades in alignment with brand standards. All work was managed on-site to ensure compliance, efficiency, and durability.
