Exterior renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott in Richardson, Texas, focused on modernizing the façade and enhancing the building’s curb appeal. The project included reconfiguration of the porte cochere, construction of a new main entry pediment, and installation of a new signature Courtyard porte cochere. Additional improvements included exterior repainting and application of a Nichiha wood panel system to add warmth and visual interest. All work was managed on-site to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with Marriott PIP standards.
