Exterior renovation and brand conversion to Delta by Marriott in Philadelphia, PA. The project included removal of previous brand signage, power washing, EIFS repairs, and repainting in a neutral, contextual color scheme. Brand-aligned accent cladding was added to the façade to complete the updated look and support the new identity.
