Complete property-wide renovation & PIP fulfillment of the Holiday Inn Express by IHG in Boise, ID to meet brand standards and deliver a refreshed guest experience. The project included demolition of guestrooms and public spaces, installation of new carpet, tile, paint, and wallcovering, and the placement of FF&E, casegoods, and custom millwork throughout. The guestroom and public bathrooms, the fitness center, lobby, bar, market, conference room, and pool were fully upgraded to reflect brand requirements. Exterior enhancements included decorative concrete in the parking lot, new exterior signage, and a complete prep-and-paint finish to modernize curb appeal.
