Springhill Suites | Eden Prairie, MN

Exterior renovation of the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, focused on refreshing the building’s visual appeal and ensuring brand compliance. The project included power washing, surface preparation, and repainting of the porte cochere and rental building, as well as upgrades to the two main sign pediments and two smaller pediments. Additional caulking and painting were completed across the remainder of the building to unify the exterior and deliver a cohesive, modern aesthetic. All work was managed on-site to maintain quality, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
