Alan Schaal, CEO
Alan started Amerail Systems over 35 years ago. Amerail started out in the railing business and continually upgraded, expanded and systemized full exterior hotel renovations providing cost-effective, fast completion and consistent quality on a national basis. To date, we have completed over 2400 renovations across 49 states and have become a preferred partner with Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Choice.
Aaron Dearborn, President
Aaron Dearborn is a talented and seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial renovation industry. He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in marketing, process improvement, project management, business strategy and long term planning. Aaron has a strong understanding of hotel exterior renovation throughout the various markets we serve nationwide. Aaron obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ohio State University as well as he holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Scott Lindquist, Vice President of Construction
David Sierra, Director of Construction
David joined Amerail Systems in 2023 and serves as the Director of Construction. With over 19 years of experience in both commercial and residential sectors, David is a seasoned construction professional. His industry knowledge spans various markets, including hospitality, multifamily, education, retail, and restaurants. David has a proven track record of success in achieving time, budget, and quality goals on a broad range of multifaceted projects. He is adept at implementing construction processes to maximize efficiency and success. His responsibilities include managing pre-construction schedules, project administration, site administration, onboarding PMs and Site Superintendents, overseeing job closeout, and performing customer relations activities.
Stephen Norcross, Senior Sales Executive
With over two decades of experience in the luxury lifestyle hospitality development industry, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Amerail team. Stephens’ impressive tenure in the hospitality industry spans over twenty years, during which he has established himself as a seasoned expert in hospitality development. He is eager to contribute his expertise to one of the most established, expansive, and reputable contractors in the field, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service for its clients.
Rick Jenks, Sales Executive
Rick brings over 25 years of construction experience in multiple residential and commercial services. Meeting his client’s renovation requests and needs are his first job priority. With Amerail designers, he will strive to exceed customer wishes for a price-sensitive, yet very eye-appealing enhancement/transformation/renovation that will dramatically improve the building’s persona.
Nick Weigel, Sales Executive
Nicholas Weigel, a graduate of Franklin University, is a highly experienced sales executive with two decades of customer service and contractual skills. He is an outgoing business professional that strives to improve his customers overall buying experience all the way to the finish line. Nick comes to us from the signage industry where he spent 5 years working with hospitality brands at the corporate level and franchisees of hotels so he is well versed in industry language. He is also a highly decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps did three tours overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2002-2006. His background is full of stories showcasing honor, courage, and commitment and proves that there isn’t a better person to have on your side for your next renovation project.
