Exterior renovation and brand conversion of a former Hampton Inn to a Comfort Inn in Newark, DE. The project included demolition of the existing porte cochere, power washing, EIFS repairs, and a full repaint in Comfort’s brand-aligned color scheme. Updates featured stone veneer installation on the façade and porte cochere bases, accent painting to highlight key architectural elements, and a neutral roof color to downplay the original mansard design. The transformation was completed with a reconfigured porte cochere and new brand signage to reflect the updated identity.
