Complete exterior renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott in Metairie, Louisiana, focused on enhancing the building’s curb appeal and ensuring brand compliance. The project transformed the façade from a brown color palette to modern cool tones of dark and light gray, complemented by faux wood cladding to introduce warmth and depth. The renovation included demolition of outdated elevations and the existing porte cochere, framing updates, and installation of a new porte cochere and walkway. Additional improvements included exterior painting and caulking, PTAC louver installation, pressure washing, and new lighting to create a cohesive, refreshed appearance. All work was managed on-site to maintain efficiency, quality, and alignment with Marriott PIP standards.
