The scope included selective demolition, EIFS repair, and a refreshed façade painted in a contextual, neutral palette with accent colors around windows for added depth. Design enhancements included updated fin and frame elements, modular faux wood paneling, reconfiguration of the porte cochere, and end cap improvements. Recessed and linear architectural lighting was strategically integrated to highlight the building’s form and entry points.
