Over the course of this renovation, a dedicated on-site project manager coordinated every aspect of the Courtyard by Marriott in Farmington, NM - from permits and subcontractors to brand compliance. Through a strategic application of high-ROI elements, the project delivered a seamless blend of durability, visual impact, and operational efficiency. Inside, we fully revitalized the space with demolition, cohesive wall treatments, vinyl and paint updates, upgraded flooring, and installed new FF&E & casegoods all to reflect the brand standards of Marriott and their PIP. Outside, fresh paint in regional-inspired tones, updated railing, and a redesigned porte cochere enhanced both form and function.
