Complete property-wide renovation and PIP fulfillment of the Holiday Inn Express by IHG in Lander, WY, designed to meet brand standards and deliver a refreshed guest experience. The project included full demolition of guestrooms and public spaces; installation of new carpet, tile, paint, and wallcovering; FF&E and casegoods placement; tile cleaning in the pool area; reconfiguration of windows to create a separation between the pool and dining areas; and restructuring of back-of-house areas throughout the property. Exterior enhancements included a complete prep-and-paint finish to modernize curb appeal.
