Founded by Alan Schaal in 1985, Amerail Systems began with a focus on providing hotel railing systems that were cost-effective and delivered on faster timelines. By the early 1990s, we had become the preferred vendor for exterior railings at Holiday Inn locations nationwide.
As demand for high-quality renovation services grew, we expanded into exterior hotel remodels, then into full-service interior and exterior renovations. Today, we continue to build on that foundation with a focus on craftsmanship, speed, and long-term value.
